Anyone know where can get information on installation of 1988 old bike's disc brakepads?? such as TZR, LC or RD.

hi, most calipers work the same way.

 

- loosen nuts that hold on to brake pads abit

- remove nuts that mount the caliper to the fork

- remove nuts that holds on to brake pads

 

remove pads & put in new ones. clean the pistons if u like but rem not to press the brake lever till the piston drops out of the caliper.

 

- repeat the steps above backwards to mount it back.

 

You may need to use some tools to push the brake pads back in place.
