hi there,

My fren wanna take over my bike n his dad gonna pay full amount including the early settlement payment.

1st is there such document that i can show his dad how much the amount including the early settlement that to be paid.. his dad kind of bz to come to the shop.

And i don want juz verbally infrom him cos later sure got miscomunication...

ask ur bike shop to print out the detailed breakdown of ur loan balance plus any fees applicable and show it to him....

Ask them to sign against it, preferably the boss to sign. But knowing mototiam they won't want to commit one. Best is to let them calculate how much they want you to pay, the both parties sign on the paper. Cannot dispute in future.

Yes. Print the email about after they have replied. Best to keep a hardcopy also. You can never be too careful.

just bring your friend down to the bike shop and settle on the spot, the shop will print you a reciept and that's the proof you can show your friend's father. simple, right?
