I used to work for Milano Pizza, the cooks there discovered that the french onion soup, you throw in plenty of Parmesan Cheese instead of cheese, will make the soup taste better.

 

So afterthat, all my campbell soups, I always will melt a slice of cheese on top to make the soup tastier.

 

BTW, I missed making the Vienna Cuppicino. I finally found out after 10+ years, that cuppicino is just with foam milk. Wheres Vienna Cuppacino is with whipped fresh cream and orange skin slices.

I ever hor....made a big themos flask of kona coffee to treat someone because he says he love to drink coffee.

 

In the end, that someone tells me, that he er hem need to sleep, so cannot drink coffee.

 

Waste the whole flask of Kona Coffee down the sink.

Coffee cannot keep too long hot in thermos flask, cos it can turn sour mah. If it still smells okay, I will make it into ice coffee ice cubes, throw into ice coffee so wont dilute the taste.

I see how lah. I have not cooked for a long long time. Maybe when I get my own flat and built up my kitchen and got people to cook for, will cook again lah.

Sometimes when I feel like it, i will try to make some food.

 

Made pepper crabs, chilli crabs, salted egg crabs, steam crabs.

Made chicken rice, made curry chicken, made roast chicken, made chicken cordon bleu.

 

My girlfriend do the more fancier stuff, like asparagus bacon roll, cheesecake, heh zor, ngor hiang, cottage pie, but i love her aglio olio most. Now she's addicted to the ramen type soft-yolk hardboiled eggs.

any omelette is about the skill and only practice is the only thing u can do...cant help much on it but add abit of cream into the mixture before cooking help u to have a smooth surface outside

How to make cheese omelette ?

 

beat your eggs and add a lil bit of either cream or rich milk.

 

pan slightly oiled and heat till hot

 

pour your eggs, spread around the pan and turn down the heat

 

put your cheese slices on the egg while still moist then wrap

 

flip the wrapped egg a few rounds before serving.

 

use a nonstick frying pan (deep kind so that you can wrap easier)
