Each taking his own risk to join any outing, a calculated risk whether he can handle it not.

 

And I blif u as a organiser also dont wan any mischap to happen in future too, lest to put more salt to the wound.

SINGAPORE PUBLIC HOLIDAYS FOR THE YEAR 2011

 

The gazetted dates for the 11 specified public holidays for 2011 are as follows:

New Year’s Day 1 January 2011 Saturday

Chinese New Year 3 February 2011 Thursday

4 February 2011 Friday

Good Friday 22 April 2011 Friday

Labour Day 1 May 2011 Sunday*

Vesak Day 17 May 2011 Tuesday

National Day 9 August 2011 Tuesday

Hari Raya Puasa 30 August 2011 Tuesday

Deepavali 26 October 2011 Wednesday

Hari Raya Haji 6 November 2011 Sunday*

Christmas Day 25 December 2011 Sunday*

 

* The following Monday will be a public holiday

 

2 The date, 26 October 2011, for Deepavali needs to be checked against the Indian Almanac when it is available. Should there be a change in date, the Ministry of Manpower will issue a media release to announce the change.

 

3 The list of public holidays for 2011 is available on the Ministry of Manpower’s website at http://www.mom.gov.sg.

 

DEEPAVALI DATE FOR 2010

 

4 The Ministry would like to inform that there is no change to the Deepavali date this year and it remains on 5 November 2010, as previously announced.

A member wil bring us to a thai pub chaiyo chaiyo for relax.

One heineken bottle $9, but no LD, no flower...

just go see see n chill out... lots of thai song...

Copy from a travel blog... pretty much sum up our emo feeling too... ahha bro here, do u have a home base too?

But when it comes down to it, and you want to take a break from it all, it's nice to have a place to go back to where you can just relax and not have to think about anything. A place where you have an idea of what to expect. A place that makes you feel like your not 50 million miles away from the feeling of familiarity. A place where you can call "Home Base".
