Moulded Tailboard[legal?]

Here's the question. We notice some bikes having moulded 2 seater tailboard (example like those KR with 2 seater moulded tailboard)

 

Is it legal in Singapore?

 

Can anyone share their experience having a moulded tailboard and TP happen to stop you?

 

Oh yes, I'm talking about 2 seater moulded. Not the 1 seater ones.

i dunno, so far nth for 2 seater and 1 seater moulded with pillion i ever got stop with the tp. but mould will attract all tp attention la thats what he says -.-''

FYI, stay in jurong sch in simei every week sure kana stop at least 1 time and every day pillion on 1seater somemore.

Bro kena stop by TP many times with pillon never kena saman?

I also Tampines -> Clementi everyday. Understand your situation. Meeting TP is a daily task.

Okay. So 1 seater(with pillon) can pass TP. 2 seater also.

 

But both 1 seater and 2 seater cannot pass inspection. Means must change to original tailboard once a year lah.

what u mean by 1 seater with pillion can pass TP?

 

you mean the bike with only 1 seater but fetching a pillion is allowed?

 

anyone know how much is the fine.. if just 1 seater bike but fetch with pillion?

Not legal lah. Send for inspection have to put back stock which can be leceh.

 

But of course, if one were to live 100% by the rules, then he is living a very boring life
