Anyone manage to get a aftermarket exhaust fitting

If u browse thru the scooter and sport bike section, its seems some of the guys there manage to get aftermarket exhaust with certs that allows them to pass inspection.

 

ANy luck with cruisers? anyone?

Well someone did mention that the 750cc shadow accessories will be able to fit our 400cc versions..... so there are heaps of pipes available ...check out http://www.cruisercustomizing.com

 

I'm not too sure about the procedure in getting legalised pipes for our rides....just wondering if anyone here has done it...care to shed some light on the subject?

From my understandings, 1st ... must have a agent, 2nd ... agent must have documents proves for the pipes backing up by the manufacturer. Initial inspection will be carry out. Lastly, end user purchase it, fit it and go LTA inspection.

Pay & Pay ... for the looks and sound.

hmmm.... ya i gez its all abt the money.... i know the scooter guys did it the othertime.... the GPR exhaust/muffler...got approve4d....think it cost abt 700+....dun koe the breakdown between getting the pipe legalised and the actual cost of the pipe...

 

it'll be great if someone got it done added their 2cents ...

if you guys bought the latest issue of MCA...a shadow slasher's pipe was approve...thou he say was customize...and sound was low...but recall it low when i rode pass him sometime back.
