Hie guys, thanx for reading my post... I got a question 2 ask, few days back i went to fill patrol den it over flowed and it slip to my rxz tank which is white in colour and it left a light brown stain on it and the question is, can the colour be restored? i tried wiping it hard with cloth but it doesn't even work... Any bros or sis can help? Thanx

Clean the area, and dry surface thoroughly, then use any car wax, and polish away the stain. 5 mins work.

petrol is an organic solvent so it'll ea up the paint. im not sure if that's the case or it's a simple staining. however if u use metal abrasives make sure you do a good job with the wax if not your pain will look dull for the patch. no guarantees that abrasives will work eithet

try polishing the affected area with rubbing compound... they are sold in most stores that sell car grooming products.. if they does not work for u then u will need to send the tank for respray...

i do not think it can be restore.. but next time wipe asap.. 1min work,save ur paintwork! :D

Eh why straight away wipe?? I thought you should spray the area with water then let it dry, Then you wipe?? Correct me if i'm wrong.
