Went to Tony yesterday. He said

'EFI exhaust cannot remove the baffer'.... the older carbs can..

 

anyone to comment?

mines efi. but my 49 states shud be off from a 03-06 bike.

unbaffled straight thru , noisy as hell. but bike runs much cooler.

means to say, jus removing the baffles is ok as the wirings n the sensor is further away frm the endcan..

 

mm.. im waiting for stock for endcan for sportster,, if no stock this wk, i shall jus remove my exhausts baffles.

Hmm i think i may have a pair of 49 with removable baffles but the baffles are mia....

mine is fr a 96 Sporty 1200C (it should be a 49 as told by a kaki of mine; how to see if it is?)

Current using Khrome Werks Exhaust so my exhaust should be lying around my home somewhere mate....
