Making a False Testimony in Accident Report

Basically wat can u do if u find out dat a person is making a false testimony in an accident report?

 

Issue is like this;

 

I had a minor car accident at the spore customs few weeks back. A car had hit my front right side panel, causing it 2 dent. Now the guy reported dat the collision was on the front passenger's door, which i had photo prove that his front left bumper had hit my front right side panel, not the other way round.

 

So basically, wat can u do?

hi all... just to highlight the incompetance of the local insurance companies... they DO not investigate your case... happened to me once... a taxi driver backed up into my car... causing my bumper and front headlights to bear the brunt of the damage...

 

 

driver initially admitted that he is at fault and told me to claim his insurance... however he changed his mind half way... and said i kissed his ass instead... I was lucky i had a witness and his testimonial was submitted... The stupid insurance still award the taxi driver without checking my witness report... after checking they decided NOT to award the compensation to the driver...

 

I still rem the amount of $$ claimed agaisnt me... $15K... i only claimed $160 for the damage to my car... so lesson learnt... ALWAYS get a note claiming who is responsible for the accident... i still have the driver's details... his address and name and IC... this month is the ramadan... i hope he is making up for his sins...

Yeah i dun think our local insurance companies do investigate. i guess i'll hav 2 wait 4 a few more days as of wat they r going 2 say... i oso had a witness saying dat e car hit my car, not s e guy indicate in his report dat my car hit his front passenger door. most prob wil go make a police report within these few days... Lets c wat e insurance company gotta say....

 

INSURANCE COMPANY KNOWS HOW 2 SUCK OUR MONEY THRU PREMIUM BUT THEY DUUN REALISE THEY SUCK BIG TIME....
