NEED HELP from the pros.

Ok here's the story. I got stopped by TP and sent to immediate inspection. Inspection failed cos of NO REAR FENDER, MODIFIED TAILIGHT, MODIFIED SIGNAL LIGHTS AND FRONT NUMBER PLATE ABOVE 1METER FROM THE GROUND AND ITS A STICKER. (Although i have no other idea where to fix my front plate or sticker other than above the headlights??) I'm riding a DRZ400sm by the way.

 

Apparently i was told to bring the bike back for inspection cos they wanna inspect again and see whether the "defects" are rendered to already. So my question is, can i just send my bike to any shops and they do all the work for me? Is there any shops that can do that?. Or do i have to buy back all the parts and fix it then go inspection myself?. Cos i got this bike as 2nd hand and it didnt come with the stock parts. Please tell me if you any shops that provide these services. Ur help will be greatly appreciated. Thks

Planet motor - Inspection (sure pass) $100, last time I checked. The shop may swap out stock parts for you before being sent for inspection.
