help!! IDK WAT TO D0 after my accident....

i had an accident on 9oct in e late morning around 1am......

i was at wland ave5 at e cosway point junction...i was goin straight at e juntion on a normal green traffic lite for me...den a taxi from e opp side was goin to turn rite..wich is would facing e taxi on my rite...he goin to turn rite to go cosway point..at tat point of tyme...e taxi bang me...n i escaped by jumpin off my bike immediately...n i was 5m away from my bike after tat happen...suddenly e police came n assist me..they wearing civil clothes n showed me their I.D....to show tat they r police...they assist me by exchanging particular....den i walkin limping towards my bike..n see e damages...OMG!!! i cried...i wasabt to carry e bike n put it to side stand,e police dun let me bcoz ltr t.p or sum1 will take e photo....then e police left...juz me n e taxi driver.aftr 10mins e ambulance came..n assist me...bring me to hosital...at abt 4-5am...i left n quickly go to tat place wer i accident...my bike dun hav oledi...at 11am i report to wland npc....then till nw no news...i'm wori 4 my bike...plz help me...i dun noe wat to do reali appreciate if sum1 help...

actually i thot the TP will call him if its been reported. thats the case for me when an ambulance came.

last 2 days i go tp hq...e receiption told me she tried to call my IO....nvr pick up... n she write a letter to my IO to make my appointment.......

n my frenz told me to keep calling my IO....

then i heard abt the accident cases must have lawyer la what la...

i assume u have made ur normal police report right, the receipt of ur medical claims everything, keep it.

is there any particular bike shop u preferred to go?

Call the bike shop or make a trip down, and tell them the story again.

See how will things be.

And the next few days, the IO may call u, at the same time, u can try calling 3x per day, till the IO picked up ur call.

The IO will take a specific cleared statement from u.

And will pass u bike collection form. Then u can pass it to ur bike shop.

After that the balance, the bike shop will teach u.

 

Such as u have to go down Vicom for pictures, and then the bike shop can start repair already.
