And trust me, it isn't easy to reach our H7 and H4 sockets. Last time i changed, i needed 2 others to help me, 1 of them is a mechanic!

End up we had to squeeze our fingers in between the gaps to change the bulb...

mc28, sorrie I dun really get it.

wat purpose does the preseted rpm serve? juz to indicate to user when to change gear?

the white light is so called the shift light ba.....if u dyno ur bike, u will noe which rpm ur max torque is at, so u set the shift light to tat certain rpm.....after u hit tat rpm, no pt dragging ur bike more cos tat is the pt where the bike is giving max torque......it's there for this purpose, not for shiok shiok put there for fun one......

Thanks Fata| and MC28 for ur comments at the sales thread..

Ha, ha...and here I thought MC28 and Fatal were offering their own unsolicited opinions in MPeX's sale thread. Guess I now also understand why they have such a vested interest in the subject of Suzook resale values. What happened to independent thinking?

Don't worry, MPeX bro, I agree that that particular conversation has gone off topic, although if you review the thread in its entirety you will surely recognize that I was simply responding to what other people brought up first. It just happened to be your thread. You're right that if that discussion is to continue it should be in a broader forum.

Hope you close at S$15.5k! Then do the right thing and put that towards an Aprilia Tuono or the new KTM Superduke 990. Friendly ergonomics on those bikes, but a threat to your license...heh, heh, heh....

Cheers

Actually if u look up some post b4 this, I did ask the good people here for comments and views regarding the bike valuation issue in the Garage Sales thread. I shall quote 1 line from the post, as below:

Any1 care to go in and give some views or counter arguments?

But forgive me and our friends here if the subsequent add-on comments came across as sarcasm/flame, it was totally unintentional.

wah~ the topic seems to change real fast eh? one moment at sticker, now at damper... anyway, i was peeling off the sticker just now(the attention blah blah sh*t sticker) and i was using the wd40 method.

it sure took me ages before i could get the sticker off, and yet it's only the surface part, not the sticky part. i sprayed lots of wd40 on it and tryied to rub it off, using finger and cloth. couldnt get it completely off.

was damned piss, den i saw my bag got wax, so i was wondering, no harm trying, and within a few minutes, the sticky part was off! muahahaha! so here's a new way to try

Guys, i'm now in the process of selling my bike again..

The potential buyer has juz faxed my logcard to Hitachi Credit to apply for his loan. Once it goes thru (in abt 3 working days), datz it, goodbye baby. :weep:

Probably giving him my number plate also, as it takes 2 weeks or so to do retention procedures, he might not want to wait so long...
