first 100 km - be sure to rev every gear to at least 12500rpm b4 shifting up

 

101-200 km - rev every gear up to at least 13k rpm b4 shifting up

 

201-300 km - rev every gear up to at least 13.5 rpm b4 shifting up

 

301-400 km - rev every gear up to at least 14k rpm b4 shifting up

 

401-500 km - rev every gear up to at least 14.5k rpm b4 shifting up

 

 

and ur done!

 

note: if u accidently skip a gear, be sure to downshift n TUAAAA the bugger b4 shifting up again
