hmm.... Chain gets loose easily because of the way you maintain it and your riding style....

if you everytime move off you whack sure loose fast wan... Weekly regime off oiling your chain does help also... So far i use 428 chain heavy duty enough already... 415 too thin... If you always pillion, 415 is not the way to go...

Price wise... lets see... i got my sprockets for $12... chain 428 DID Heavy Duty $23.... you do the math aite....

quite true actually uh. like to whack whenever i send order . hmmm .. 415 they say for pick up . but come to think about it, long lasting chain is much better, can save some more .. thats a gd price u got uh compared to my $65 package. hah. anw, for sprockets, i believe there is also the size, i mean my rear i using the sprocket gt 39teeth one .. actually im not too sure about sprockets actualli ...

thanks for sharing too .. realli appreciate it . =DD

No problem bro... So its correct that you like to whack huh...hehehe

Ok this is the basic fundamentals of sprockets... The bigger the rear size, the more power you will feel.... aka like more pick up... The more smaller it is, you will feel less pick up... but the speed will go higher....

So its your choice to get the exact size for the pick up and speed you will get... Diff mods need diff size... so end of the day... its up to you on what size to get... 39 rear is stock size if i am not mistaken... hmmmm

hehehe . most of the time i whack oso, when im werking, i mean, u can see for urself, how mcd riders, pizza hut riders ride, they like dont care llike that ...

anw, back to the topic discussed, i take it that 428 is the preferable choice for longer lastin chain. now, whats nex, is to survey the best reliable price .=) once again thanks lotzZz = DD

heavy duty is just normal chain but with better lifespan if well maintained.... o ring chain, if i am not wrong is... within every link, there is an o ring in it which holds the lubricant within it... x ring i dunno... maybe got 2 o ring??? hehehe....

kupchai use heavy duty can liao... o ring for me is too ex and a bit heavy... my 2 cents of coz...

X ring chain have an X ing in the link. Its supposedly is better than o ring as it is more durable than a regular o ring seal. But it still does the same job. If you are not sure of the sprocket combination its better to leave it as stock. And sometimes you chain loosened is not because the chain gets stretched. Sometimes the mechanic that tightened the rear axle of your chain is just too weak.

from what i see, x ring and o ring like very hard to differentiate. Don't know how to judge which is which. Haha! And i read that both x ring and o ring don't need to lubricate because it has already been lube in the inside. How cool is that. Can save money.

Where did you read that from? As with all metal components that rubs on another metal will always need to be lubricated. Your sprocket is in contact with the chain. Just like sex. Unless you like it raw. No lubrication needed.
