Have u guys face some power cut problem at ard 120km/hr? ard 6 months ago i can go full throttle up to 130km/hr and stay constant.

I don't ride that fast, so nope for me. But i do hear abnormal knocking noise from the engine recently at times during cold start. Anyone experienced that?

Yup, I'll be highlighting that to Roy on my upcoming servicing. But it's not a starting problem, just some abnormal noise while idling. Anyway, got something to share with you guys,

Yes, I had the same problem. Went to KB and they replaced something in the engine, some small metallic part. Can't remember what it is though.

nice! u bought the one for the car and cut it urself? u used screw to fix it on...

Nope, i bought those for the house(5-6 dollars for one big big piece) and fix it on with velcros straps for easy removal. Those for cars are way overpriced. =)

You can get them at those neighbourhood hardware/household shop, but you need to measure the length first becoz it's much longer than those usual sized door mat. I managed to find one really huge piece at cheap price(5-6 dollars cant remember exactly) But it's kind of thin in terms of thickness as compared to those 3M, 3A type car mat. So far never wear till got hole so still ok. Haha.

As for secure i initially wanted to use car interior/bodykits clips to hold them using back the original holes. But i find those clips too expensive and hard to find the correct size, so i just buy one long strap of velcro to use. So far it has endured the rainy season and washing session and is still holding up well.

I had this idea to replace the original ones as they gets dirty pretty easily. Hope this helps, any enquires feel free to ask me. Cheers.

I mentioned this issue to Roy during my servicing, he suggest to change the timing chain tensioner, which i recall, is quite common problem even among the big bikes. In a event whereby the tensioner could not provide enough tension to the timing chain, the chain would slack and cause adnormal noise to the engine operation. My issue was rectified right after changing that component under warranty. Thumbs up to the pro-active and excellent service from Roy and the team of people from CKA. Cheers.
