Pros & Cons Owning A Car Or Van?

I have decided to change to 4wheelers but what make me confused is to choose a car or a van.. May i know what are the pros and cons? I know for van u need to have a company.. What are the procedure? Looking to get a almost new used car or van..

Come on guys lets offer something for our TS. He must have his own reasons u know. For car i think it's quite straightforward, almost similar to owning a bike except the cost is of course double.
