Bro, Mr Choy ( Touratech guy) is selling for $80+ for min order of 20pcs, tat day i tried to asked but response very poor, maybe u can try an MO again. But then again, recently, i ever saw the air filter for wave, looks very silmilar to varas, maybe can see it fits, if so, alot $$$ to save liao.

If u must insist on stock get it from http://www.davidsilverspares.com it cost around $80. I remembered last time when i contacted them it worked out to be $50++ SGD just for the air filter without shipment with shipment and TAX is cost $80++ SGD. Thus if there's a mass order it will be cheaper as shipment cost will be reduced also the VAT will be waived.

Hi…all Vara bros,Peace…

Yet again another recce mission accomplished. Found quite a few of interesting places. The coastal view was simply spectacular. reminds me of cherating minus those passing ships . Briefly the places;

1.Desaru

-still a sleepy beach as ever .

2.Sg.Rengit

-a small fishing town, got a few seafood outlets (medan selera) with open sea view.

3.Tg.Belungkur

- ferry terminal : Desaru – Singapore (perhaps one day can try by sea- land route )

4.Teluk Ramunia

- found two old cherating -like chalets but.. but one of it no air con, only ceiling fans…. horr

5.Tg. Langkah Baik

- a hilly kampungs area

6.Tg. Pengelih

- meet a dead end due to off limits ….a naval base

7. Kota Tinggi

-Lunch stop

8. Kg senibong

-my favourite, a pandas -saujana - like kelong seafood with the Johor straits backdrop. will be spoil for choices. Many outlets. Can even go fishing for prawns.

In all covered about 145km one way ride. Didn’t manage to ride up air papan mersing (KIV)

[update on 'trip meter going haywire] i checked my battery connection leads, they didint seem 'oxidised', kind of greysih... so anywaysy.. i decided.. to remove it, clean it abit. apply wd-40 on it.. and scre it back in.. and that it..

then i ride around.. the trip meter seem to behave normally.. but i cant conform.. till i go for a longer trip... im guessing the other probability is my battery is giving way.. very soon.. *sigh*... as i keep on having this 'time, tripmeter -reset' probelm every time..

GUYS.. How much is a new YUSUA battery?
