I tend to agree. Dis week alone i saw 6 on the road and another parked at a pavement near my neighbourhood. None i knew but only managed to make a frendly wave to them. Btw, wat invitation slips r u brow talking about?

Hi, planning to buy a 1st hand Varadero next month. May i ask wats the total cost of the bike? and where would u guys reccomend to get the bike. Interested in 2nd hand prices 2. Many thx guys. Hope to join the gang soon :thumb: :smile:

Me looking for one too..1st hand i found out its quite expensive..went around ubi they qouted me ard $11k..agent also around that price..couldn't find any used ones for sale..sigh

i've yet to visit other places..hopefully i have better luck next time..anyway most of the bike shops in ubi told me to get other bike..probably because of the high price..my fren was asking for the spec 3..only $1k diff from the vara..haha..anyway i havent given up hope trying to get a vara..as there're no other bikes in wish list..probably never ever will be (if i get my 2A n 2..thats a different story..haha) :faint:

Hi Varadero guys. Just now when i was passing to school, saw this varadero who skid because a merc was u turning in front of him. If it happen to be anyone of you guys or your frens and need witness can pm me.

 

White merc. Accident at junction near yishun swimming pool.

and speaking about air-filter..DAMM yesterday it was in germany, today the UPS ppl called me.. its in SG! they are sending it to clementi today 2-5pm.. but there is a gst charge of $37

 

but the total bill aint that good..

here is the breakdown *issue was of course bec of the UPS 3KG delivery that push up the cost*

5air filter + UPS delivery:- 438.59

GST :- 37

Total :- 475.59

-----------------

Divide by 5 = 95.118

 

so each airfilter went up to $95 *ouch!*

guys i made a mistake on the total price... *good news its abit cheaper now..* ok here is the break down

 

initially i was charged : $439

i change shipping options so they credited back: $58

so new total is : $381

 

Ok so when the item reached singapore, we need to pay GST which amounts to: $32

 

So new total is $381 + $32 = $413

 

And $413 / 5 = $83 (thats a much more worth it figure)

 

so u guys already deposited $50, balance of $33.

Best if you guys can transfer to my account

instead of passing to me in cash, but cash is ok too..

 

So when do u wanna meet up, if your in jurong west area (after 8pm) just call me (97532020) i can pass u.

 

me and Aikon, plan to DIY the installation, i guess im hoping Aikon is free this sat or sunday for us to diy, so niti, newSuit & Aikon, just call me .. if anyhting...hope we can diy it together on sat...

that would be me. dammit, had a bad feeling when i left for school this afternoon. any chance u got the license plate. i had forgotten the numbers once i reached school. :sweat:

 

to those who had fixed the fabricated crashbars, i think it would be best to fix a tankguard too. me tank got slight dent by nut on crashbar bracket :cry:
