Could it be that

 

a. Material is defective. Then if bike under warranty u shud get it exchange

b. Applying incorrect solvent on the plastic during cleaning and which thus weaken the material. Then better replace else it disintegrates under yr butt and damage yr bike other parts somemore

c. There is other part (decorative material or chain oiler or cable ties) attached to the guard that is pulling it out of alignment.

 

 

Remove the guard and examine closely for hairline cracks and distortion. U can try using heat or bracing plate on the bended part and leave it in the hot sun to restore its shape provided its plastic memory is still there.

 

Check the screws that is holding the plastic together for irregularities

Yah it s a Outrider Vara complete with ERP IU. Look closely n u see its highbeam blue light is on but I think the bulb is blown. She is clocking 120 kmph.. thks to my younger bro for this animated gif
