babybike >> my exact sentiment. kind of looking forward for a full system too.(must be a reason then why they’re not making any) though skeptical myself,but somehow just got to give it a shot. so far just words of assurance from the ‘wise’ one, that it’ll be a good buy. hope it does…..

ok anyway.... who else interested to get hepco junior 30L panniers.....? the other half of me is interested and i myself will get the hepcojunior topbox....

and we will only be getting it after the sg government give us the dividend which is around may.....

hmmm...not so sure bout the weight...for me everything seems light...cos i'm light...but when the box is fully loaded can feel the weight a bit...

Anyway to keep things going...maybe can compile orders from Biketech21.

yes it's the same ones....if ur jacket can fold then can fit inside the box......

but ur jacket will come out in the shape of a box once u take it out....

so far i've never tried putting my jacket in the box...can fit my topbox though...

05 n 06 almost the same except for the wording "VARADERO".

05 onwards model differ from those previous model in the exhaust pipe below....the exhaust bends to the centre of the bike underneath...

The mainstand which most of us used....SW Motech...cannot fit because the exhaust is blocking the bracket fittings for the mainstand....

hey sorry to ask somthing thats got nothing to do wit varas....(i juz got an sp)...but id like to ask u guys wad safety gear u would recommend...my budget is 550....im looking for a gd quality fullface helmet(this is very3 impt)..a riding jacket and gloves...any help is appreciated!.....goodbye to my dreams of owning a vara....gotto wait two yrs for that....

There's a lot available in the market rite now. If you intend to get a riding jacket, full-face helmet and gloves with $550. The best place to go is Regina or Chong Aik either at Desker Road or Joo Chiat Road.

What type of riding jacket you want? Mesh jacket with armour or those type of waterproof riding jackets. Rjays available at Regina and GPRs at Chong Aik, cost around $150-$200.

Helmets there's a few in the market. Cheaper ones from Zeus ($120 - $160) to OGK, Shoei and Nolan. Most of this within the ($150 - $250) range if im not wrong.

Gloves there are a lot available at Chong Aik. There are also easily avaible at Regina. Those with knuckle protectors, long gloves, short gloves.

You can check the MO section also in this forum. There are quite a number of good deals. It all depends on how much you are willing to spend.

This is the planned timing. If we are late, we will wait for the gate at 1500 hrs.

Riders are encouraged to take plenty of rest. The first pit-stop is about 2 hour ride.
