my speedometer is working again cuz i juz fix up the new reader from fjt $120......its electronic sensor unlike my older m4 using running cable inside....

Prodero, what do u mean by that. u changed the cable with reader? also, how does the reader looks like? show some pictures lah...

 

Also any braders know about fork oil seal, is the one on our bike a standard type that most bike shop carry? i really need to replace my oil seal. not sure where to go..

Pro Dero -----> Show some pics lah, really i dunno which part is it leh. question: how to replacement with running cable type?? cos i understand our speedo cable is using sensor one.

 

Visual -----> if u gonna change fork seal, u will also gonna change the fork oil. juz did my change last mth, costed me $100 for new fork seal and oil. did it in mayo street, opp sim lim tower, the scrambler shop on the left in mayo street. not recommend juz to change the fork seal only.

where did u park? (hope you got crask guards) also is the clutch or brakes lever ok?

well at least the engine is not running.. for me .2 times.. the engine was running.. and the bike fell with a THUD! OUCH.. thast painful to see and embarrasing..

 

Pingster> the shop is actually near by mah parts shop right? well $100 huh.. well got to do it lah.. everytime it rain my fork will SQUEAK when it gors over humps! but it stops the squeaks if i spray 'wd40' but some post back, daniyal said that this is UNWISE thing to do.. so....well anyways my seals are pretty messed up, its cracked and well time to change....thanks for the info..

 

also anyone.. got this problem... when engine is running cannot go to neutral..my bike is like that now... if i off engine then i can.. an sometime dropping down to a lower gear is damm hard...

 

i think its my stinking engine oil, i changed to semi syn - badly want to go back to fully syn, maybe at the same shop that does the fork seals...

(refer to previous post plse). will try help where possible.

FY6962G Fazer1000 stolen at suntec carpark near to Carrefour basement escalator this evening.

 

Report has been made and search is now on. Pic below is exact bike with accessories which was stolen

wah from last year november till now frazer is the top of stolen list....last year there was tis chap who stays the same blk wif my gf also lost his Frazer....The whole bike....he handle lock it n park his bike facing a wall also ppl can steal...
