Try ASPhoon along Changi Road.... When I sold my bike to someone, he got a reloan from there..initially was agreed at 10% but after much pestering by the buyer of my bike, who kept calling and calling and bargaining...thats what he told me at least...he finally got it for 8% on the day we came down for the final agreement.... thats the best i heard for a reloan bike...

sounds like gd deal..but most bike shops dun do reloan for Varadero125 especially when the bike is not from their shop..

there a shop i know which does my phantom bike MAYBE he could give it cheaper... but have to wait till next week $10 should be ok right for installation will ask him after national day issit ok with u cos me also wanna get the horns.

Simone sorry did not read yr post yesterday, and also because the horn has been takign up space in my box compartment for the past month so cant wait to get it done...anyway, I already installed the horn at motorworld...they charge me $15 for installation and another $1 for the 2 way switch so that I can toggle between my old horn which is a bit soft to the louder magnum horn for extreme cases of deafness and dangerous driving....

$16 as compared to $30 for installation and additional $15 for the switch at Sanfu... thats a big difference man...SANFU really rip of man...to think that I already spent so much there doing top overhaul and all that... luckily I went motoworld... SANFU i guess is good only when no other bike shops can do a good job cos there is no doubt about their expertise and workmanship and service though... thats my 5 cents worth...(no 2 cents here anymore)

So visual, no prob lah, guess lucky too that u didnt come, cos the installation took about close to 2 hours... cos its kinda complicated I see... so if u come along also have to wait very long, but now at least u know where to go to install the horns right...go to sanfu if u have lots of cash to give away....

total I spent on the horn $17 for the horn plus $16 for installation...$33...so oklah..

Happy National Day guys...

eh eh yeah i did go. i went with azman. i wasnt sleepy cos it was so dam freaking cold. it was me n azman first time by second link. dam funny. didnt know had to pay by cash card. lucky had one. after that azman lost his cashcard he left it at the customs counter!

at the malaysian side we followed a narrow road to the motorsikal counter but then we found out that apperently there were no one in the counter. we made a u-turn n went to the car lane. when we went there. the custom officer asked us to u-turn go to the motor lane. we found there is still one lane with someone inside at the motor lane.

went to esso pump f1 fuel its somethinng like only 1.3++ cents its cheaper then v-power 1.5++ in sg. azman filled it to the brim we bought some rokok went to the side n smoked. later azman found out that petrol was leaking. he had overfilled his tank!. its was a small puddle though.

before we went back azman asked some sg riders there how to get back to sg. they told us to go to the second exit n keep left... can anybody tell me wat is the name of the second exit. apperenlty when i missed the second exit azman didnt alrert me so we exit the 3rd one n headed towards jb.. we headed to a small town then made a u-turn n headed down to tuas again it was 25km back!

finally we went home. it was kinda fun gettting lost though just happy that our bikes stayed in-tact. cos there were no recpetion on our phone.

i usually go there to get rokok anyway thats why refueling is just an excuse.

ok guys..good evening... why never call me when you get lost that night... what i always did was after getting my passport stamped at the Johor custom(2nd link) then i ride to pay the TOLL fee which is RM1.00.

OK guys this very important.... After paying the TOLL fee..if you have ENOUGH MALAYSIAN RINGGIT to top up full tank AND if your tank fuel is just about to go RESERVED then take the very first EXIT that is TANJUNG PELAPIS..go straight then you will meet the traffic light. Make a U-TURN head back to the ESSO-PETRONAS towards the way back to Singapore.

o_O o_O o_O If you do not have ANY MALAYSIAN RINGGIT then after paying the TOLL FEE..head to the REst And relax Area..Change Money...MONEY CHANGER CLOSED AT ABOUT 8:30pm..So DON'T be LATE..Take the SECOND EXIT that is GELANG PATAH----PONTIAN... make a U-TURN once you reach the main road. head back to Sinagpore. top up petrol at ESSO-PETRONAS towards the way back to SG..

Bandar Nusajaya also can lah...but got 2 of that..don't get the wrong one huh..one more Bandar Nusajaya is near to JB....Taman Perling..

hehehe..me talk tooooo much...i always did that cause its near to my work place.. in TUAS..

i have a feeling its quite good,

as they use that for bike racing! and the petronas team has won a number of races.. so must be good.

i guess got to be good, else no one will top up there, .. did see a number of big sg bikes topping up in petronas.

tyres.. hmmm... next month or the month after next.. on a budget lah...right now..

yes guys ..its true..PETRONAS fuel is good ..i'm now using it. Pump in PRIMAX (new)..but for your info..i think all malaysia petrol are the same..they have the rough effect...not like Singapore petrol..even our SHELL 92 is good and has a smooth effect on the bike..even if you go at 100km/h with SG fuel>>>>e.g Shell 98, V-Power,Esso,...it's still smooth..but Malaysian petrol...emmm..the sound of the bike as if the pistons gonna JAmmed...So if you are using malaysian petrol.. and if you are going for touring session..then try to add the STP octane..make it smoother..not too much yeah as it will eat up your spark plug and ur plug will blow easily..i mean no power lah..try and tested on my Vara..so good luck guys..:goodluck: :goodluck: :goodluck: :thumb:

i think i know what u mean, as ive been on jb petrol for the loongest time and well sometiems i feel like the piston sound it makes is 'groggy' rumbling at low speed as if somehting is stuck or jammed .. i htought its my bike carb is stuck with too much carbon or what ever.. guess it must be the jb petrol..

ok lah to proove its the petrol, next top up will be sg shell98...

as i heard that all stations are offering 16% discounts right?
