It's just like the New BMW 5 or 7 series, where their light is circular by shape, and not only the bulb in the center lights up, the perimeter of the circular lights also lights up like a ring.

Err, I don't have digi-cam or scanner leh  , but nvm, if next time got chance to go out with u guys then it's better.:cheer:

With regards to the Exit in 2nd link, if name is hard to remember, then u can remember this, if i am not wrong, the 2nd exit number is 312C just right after u passed 312D which leads twds the farmway.

aniwae, u gys got any plans for vara outing? i missed the previous ones so missing another would be another heartbreaker

aniwae simone, sorry ah, everytime u call i always nvr pick up. most of the time engaged ah bro, dun get offended :sorry:

eh, seems like our vara ring attracted pple from overseas also... Hi there Mr French!! From wat i understand, boosters r supposed to improve ur bike's pick up power. I installed a pair on my bike n it really work! Its just a small rectangular device with 2 short wires attached to it. Not really sure where its connected to, but it is sumwhere inside the left fairing of the bike.

Maybe sumone here can hep me give Mr French a clearer picture

hey there french_varadero. i posted a message on ur french varadero website http://www.varadero.no-ip.org/varaforum

wat i understand is that u guys have a big bore kit to 160cc and 170cc acceleration would improve but the top speed would most likely be the same or be reduced.

The boosters are directly connected to the spark plug cables thus allowing the spark plug to produce a more effecient spark. This would increase power and allow the bike to reach a higer rpm faster.

Sorry i didnt take a picture of the boosters yet.

by the way what is your nickname in the french varadero website.

---

Another simple mod is to add a proper ground wire to your bike. I replaced mine with this : http://www.picturesky.com/albums/userpics/10129/normal_DSCN2787.JPG

Why not you guys come down for our DIY session this sat? Then maybe can try installing the Stebel horns. Please let me know, and if anyone is coming, please post in the thread in PKC forums, here.

See ya!

Simone,

Wat brand are you all using? If removed exhuast, is there any gasket that need to be replaced?

I have just put on the rust protection coat (GET THAT) on the exhaust rusted portion. So I have also tot of putting a high temp paint coat.

btw, the GET THAT coat really works.

NB: If there is any bro here that hv asked me for the sale of my bike over other forum & to my email, i just want to apologise as I have handed the bike (weekdays) to my bro-in-law, weekends I take over. Bike no longer on sale. VERY SORRY.:sorry:

I used this brand called rj i think got it from HOME-FIX DIY at IMM Jurong East its near giant... .. its a high-temp 650cc spray black in colour.. Took the entire exhaust out alltogether there are 4 pieces.. Sand paper it then spray 2 thich coats over it followed by a thin coat.

daystar after u put the anti - rust spary did it flake off cos its not meant to be put at areas where it is prone to high heat like our exhaust. Its ok if u just want to use it to derust ur exhaust but the paint will come out eventually due to the high heat.

U could on the other hand just sand paper it then put a coat of HIGH TEMP paint over it to prevent further rust cos the paint will prevent oxygen from reaching ur metal which causes the rust in the first place.

When i removed the exhaust just needed to put back the screws no need to replace anything its quite simple but tedious cos all in all almost 15 screws.
