Byma, you can also try DOMO Full Face moto-x helmet $180 @ Regina. I'm using it. Good for city use and other not too long rides as its light and dosent press onto your face and crumple yr ears.

 

But for long rides, I dun recommend it as its quite windy inside so noisy.

 

jsut my opinion.

 

Heee... really huh..i dun know whether i can tell the difference between noisy or not noisy while using any brand/type of helmet... im always so absent minded one... DOMO u say...i shall check out right NOW... brb ..heee

Hmmm...but then huh...i called just now to MotoWorld ... i was quoted $130-for solid color and $180 for glossy...which i cant figure out whats the diff.. then i asked the sales person... is Motoworld having any promo/sale currently...she say... Ai yaah dun have sale also we for sure still give u discount one... But then again since Patience is a virtue...i shall wait till end of the year ...like what DATO' has said... Bro razid... lets make a date yo.. to get the helmets together in dec.... maybe we can even Buy 1 and get 1 free.....

went to Motorworld last week and checked out their helmets. Saw this HJC full-faced helmet. I think its the one u mentioned, very similar to hornet. Priced at $180. I think Mus using it but without the visor one. :thumb:

 

yeah dude im using hjc clx-5..no visor...it was an impulse buy....quite cheap!

Any of the the bros or sisters here was at Simpang last night around 11? Saw a Black and Grey FP Vara last night. I think the Ermax windshield is next on me list after seeing that Vara.

 

Byma: When you want to go Motoworld? I wanna go check out the windshield ah.

guys how much roughly to get a vara 125?? Would it be gd to tour with the bike and able to reach 120 in topspeed??

 

Vara second hand will cost around 4-5K stock. But most of us here has lots and lots of accessories on our bike, some can worth up to 1.5K.. So it really depends whether you want your bike to be pimped up or stock. :angel:

 

As for touring, it would be good to ask the more experienced riders here that have gone up to thailand and back with the vara 125. As for me, all my frequent trips to malaysia from 2nd link i hit 120+kph all the way no problem :thumb:

Well for the 2nd qn, how do you define good ? Everyone has different defination of good.

 

if you define good as in you will want a smooth ride without much vibration thn the ans is positive.

 

if you define good as in you will want fast acceleration and able to reach top speed at

 

and most importantly, you will need to fall in love with the bike.
