Guys, if :-

1) your sick of filling in the JB white card again and again...

2) got some times to spare

3) got some spare jb whitecards

4) got a Laser printer or (a newer inkjet printer that supports borderless printing)

5) got powerpoint installed on your computer

6) familiar with the print settings of your printer

 

You guys might want to try my JB white card template.. U simply... type your name and particular (replace the sample ones) and then place white card on the priner and PRINT and u get nicely printed text on the whitecard.. never need to type it ever again.. and its all FREE...

guys something is wrong wiht my lightbulb.. just replaced it 2 months back.. and now its blown again! piss me off lah the bulb....

visual, i tink ur litebulb and mine can live in one kampung together. I just changed mine last month then last 2 weeks gone again. I dun believe its blown u noe. i think got some wiring prob or wat coz the bulb sumtimes got light, sumtimes dun have. High beam no problem.

Niti..i used to have this 'sometimes got lite some times dont have ' problem..a year ago...

 

And sure enough after replacing the bulb.. at Mah ... it was ok.. for like 1 year.. then Recently it was blown.. so replaced at a clementi bike shop.. he used. the same bulb as... vespa... (damm . useless...crappy stupid.. wasting time and money bulb) and ever since.. bloody blub is blown.. again an agian...

wah lauu!!! i feel like taking out the bulb now..and run it over with my bike!

But scared the glass will puncture my tyre.. so i wont do it...

 

Think we need to go get different bulb... wonder what was the bulb the ppl at mah used.. cos that really last..( and i paid bit more for that bulb)

Anywae bros, i really symphatised al simmons when he got to an accident last night. just days back i was with him to a bikeshop n saw him very happy with his new $100 handguard but now his fairings are all messed up badly. cant help thinking how badly one would feel when he sees his vara lying on the raod all crumpled up....

there goes my baby vara..

luckily i wasn't injured but the bike badly damaged.....but if u take a look at my right side u won't see anything wrong...but the left chipped off especially the front from the left signal light onwards....Pro Dero seen it already..

 

Anyway sent my bike to GHC Yishun already...hopefully get a good deal and get to ride it again in few weeks time...

 

Ride safely guys...better arrive safely than never...but in my case i didn't get to reach my destination but didn't get injured badly also..

dude..my heart goes to you...but more importantly the bike doesnt matter one bit, you do. Bikes can always be repaired or replaced but not us riders. Hope that you can make it for the trip too. Take it easy.

Brothers...I have something to share..the hotels rates, i stumbled upon 2 rates..2 bedrooms = $104 SGD and 2 bedrooms = $137 SGD...I do not know which is correct..I already send enquiry to the first one...coz the second i could not send an enquiry...

 

Another thing is that $20 SGD per extra persons and per night...Max occupancy for a room is 4...this is juz a infomation..coz i believe we will try to sneak in the extra persons...suggestions by Dakar...if we kena caught, at least we know how much to pay...

 

Brothers...this is juz a suggestions...i was thinking of we should have breakfast together b4 we move off...maybe at Gelang Patah or in Singapore...My preferance will be in Singapore..easier to head count and at least for people like me i never use 2nd link b4...and i might not find Gelang Patah...juz a suggestions...i follow majority...

 

Wild I..Do get the contact number for the hotel asap..coz i check the website...they do not show availability of rooms...they only show...on email request...therefore i do not know whether there available rooms for that period...thx man....

[wild_i] i have no idea where to get headlight bulb, the last time i replace was at mah pte ltd... i was thinking of going over to mah parts.. to get the bulbs.. the good thing is.. it aint that difficult to replace the bulb our self, i just tried it.. quite easy really but the hand got to twist and turn.. abit..

cos i heard from [daniyal] that ir rear tyres and coolean also abit mangled..

hope it s small issue that cheaply fixable...

Ok Guyz..another update...wild i haf juz check out for us the hotel rates...RM280 per nite...RM35 per extra persons...tentatively i believe this is the most reliable source...Based on my calculations, Good News....We only haf to pay SGD30 per person for 2 nights....Keep ur fingers crossed...i gonna call the hotels asap...to confirm our reservations....

yup my coolant messed up....when i first stop i thought my petrol leaking...then realised my coolant bottle leaking....the cap also gone missing..

my tires ok....everything else ok....i rode back from cte back to my home to sengkang slowly with my elder brother driving..

 

ferring gone already....see how ah...hopefully $500 enough...

my ns allowance won't help much...

heard ghc going to take parallel import...

don't know whether it is going to be cheaper than BS...hopefully...

 

as wild_i said the important thing is the rider is save...i couldn't believe myself to still be riding when i hit the taxi...thought going to 'buang' already...prepared to break fall already...but managed to control the bike..

 

the only thing that can hinder me from going to kl with u all is my budget...see how it goes...but i'll be looking forward to join u guys...
