got some qn about the sticker:

 

1) if a helm is not psb approved, possible to buy the sticker?

 

2) what r the consequence of using a non psb approved helm on the road?

 

3) non psb approved = illegal on the road?

 

4) what r the criterias for being psb approved?

 

5) if the helm is imported, like buying from ebay, can use legally on the road?

NO

Can be fined by TP, and insurance may not pay out

Yes

Only if got the PSB sticker

What if you just stick the sticker from a PSB-approved helmet?

 

I'd use a PSB approved helmet. The possible consequences of using non-PSB approved helmet are simply too much of a hassle. Esp in situations involving non-payout of insurance. Cost of insurance + Cost of damages & claims can cost much more than using a stylo-milo helmet.

I imagine the PSB keep a record of the helmets manufacturer and model.
