i think its a "close 1eye case" unless rider also using tinted then both kena summon. i think.

nope, following the law, pillion is not allowed to wear tinted visor. A TP once stopped beside me at a traffic light and looked at my pillion.

 

I asked, "Yes sir? is there anything wrong?"

Looking at my pillion the TP asked, "What's that?" Pointing towards my pillion.

"My girlfriend........ Why Sir?" I asked dumbfounded

"TINTED visor!" He exclaimed!

"Oh! Is it not allowed Sir?" I asked in disbelief

"NO! Have it changed immediately" says the TP sternly.

 

I was however wearing a clear visor and my pillion wearing the rainbow chromey kind of visor.

So yup first hand experience. Pillion cannot wear tinted by law.. By left, you decide

i think if u just ignore him, he won't make so much noise also.
