Anti-Rust Inhibitors

Hey All:

I've got a few pesky bolts that keep seeping Rust Stains onto the other Plastic parts (airFilter) I've changed them out 2 times / tired painting them / but to no avail. Now, I've done some research and see that "Rust Bullet" is the best for coating some parts (like bolt heads) but can not seem to find if there are any suppliers in SG. Any Ideas? Clues? or Better Products out there for tiny touch up? Not looking for liters of the stuff!

considered changing to stainless steel bolts?

use clear nail polish can already.. but that i've tried on exposed screws, like handlebar, fairings and such.. not engine part or "hot" area..

i've changed most of my bolts to stainless steel ones. they are cheap and won't rust.
