i am hoping to get a withness for the accident too, cause after the accident i was in shock and was attending to my injured gf that i forgot to ask those people whom help me to be my withness just in case that guy roti prata say is my fault.. so if any of you guys were there and withness the accident please give me a call/msg at 96314623.. thanks

Did the Ambulance and TP come to the scene? Got into an accident last year in Nov, was limping and the bike smashed. Called the ambulance. TP arrived as well. Almost 14 days of medical leave.

 

To prevent the other party from changing the story, always call the ambulance when you have a motorcycle accident. Maybe it may not seem serious but it's better to be safe than sorry. The driver always usually escapes unhurt in such accidents.
