Hi,

Does anyone know where I can buy replacement spring clips, those that clip your fuel hose and vacuum hose to your fuel tank? Does anyone know of shops that specialize in selling this kind of stuff?

Thanks!

I spent a lot of time and leg work searching for this too. The best place to get this kind of clips in various forms and sizes is from the trash pan of your usual mechanics.

You know, those cut out 4L engine oil container that the mechanic uses to keep those stray screws, bolts, nuts, washers, clips, etc. Buy him a coffee or teh and you can pick a few that you need from the pan :thirsty:

Good morning! I chatted with a friend the other day, both of us frustrated by mechanics “omitting” some parts when they repair/service/overhaul your bike. Your bike went in with X number of parts and came out with (X minus Y) number of parts after the repair/service/overhaul.

I guess that is how all those stray parts and fasteners accumulated.

Good morning Phang. haha, I guess you're right. Most shops are like that. But I've also encountered shops where they replaced non-stock screws on my bike for stock ones, when they have them in their "magic" boxes. But they're hard to come by.
