Car Park charged me for car price.

Parked at One Raffles Quay this morning.

 

I drove my motorcycle towards the IU but the gantry did not open. My IU is less than a month old and I have no problem with it.

 

So I proceeded to insert my cashcard into the ticket booth.

 

On the way out, I noticed that they charged me for car prices. It totalled up to nearly $12 for a 1 hour + parking.

 

Already complained to their receptionist. Not sure if anything can be done though.

 

Does this happen to anyone else?

email to the "company" tat take charge of the carpark erp system ( i cant think of any rite now), den CC to the bulding management/owner or vice versa

did you press for a receipt? might have a chance to claim IF the carpark have bike rates. 1 carpark management company that comes to my mind is wilson parking.
