a carb is held together with Fuel lines, Air intake thro the filter and into the engine.

 

there are at least 4-5 clips and connection there. For the whole carb to drop, I'd think that will be almost impossible.

 

also even if the carb really dropped, I'm having problems imagining it dropping out of the bike's cover and onto the road FAR FAR away till the rider can't even find it. No carb no distance covered. PERIOD.

 

better find out properly from WHERE you HEARD this.

 

this "I HEARD, I HEARD" business is getting way out of hand.

 

i heard from the rider himself, not by word of mouth by others. The rider himself....

 

so was having doubts abt this brand, but yet was keen on gettin one of this scooter due to lower cost on maintenance and the design at the front is kinda of unique.

ei guys im Joyrider,and my Joyride is 1month old,im from Philippines,and im looking for the cheap accessories of our scooter,tnx.

 

my joyride can reach 120kph,i am 230lbs.....joyride is the best

Any GTS200 riders here? Just like to ask about its FC... On average 1 litre can run how far? THanks.. I heard some ppl so gd some ppl say very bad wo... haha

the reason y some ppl say the FC is good and some say its bad is because of the riding style of the person. For me, i dun dash off from redlights and normally ride at max 100km/h. for me FC is ard 26-27km/l

 

Wat i'm trying to say is that FC is subjective to individual riding style and the figures i gave are for your reference only

GTS uses the same engine as the Joyride and the its only 172 or 178cc. heh heh... I'd choose the GTS cos it looks more modern and stylish compared to the Joyride.

 

I'm getting a pretty constant FC of 28-30 for mine. I throttle quite hard sometimes.

 

FC this kinda thing sometimes it can also boil down to luck. Some bikes just have better FC. I could never get a good FC with my previous X9 when everyone was clocking at least 5km/l more than me.

agreed bro, joyride got that front sticking out i guess.. kinda of weird. talkin abt gts, yesterday at great world city carpark, saw a girl wearin white tight short skirt riding gts.. damn chio. the way she put down the skirt to cover the seat ,as to cover any 'loophole' very the eye turning.

i feel only scooter is more suitable for gals wearing short skirts coz of the way they mount the bike :thumb:
