Hi bikeyroo, yes as mentioned by 2wheels, we will stay over on Friday and Saturday.

Heading back from thailand in e noon (12~2pm: TBA).

Expected to reach Singapore before midnight I guess.

i juz got back from hatyai last wk..pls buy ur insurance at sadao border area b4 u ride up to hatyai(unless ur insurance reali states ur insurance covers tills 50km after e border)..got summoned 1000baht juz for dat..good luck n have fun..btw..go ard midnite better..less traffic..juz my 2cts..cheers!

Hope all went, Zam, Aiman, Sam enjoyed given so much hip-cups along e ways.

Givng invaluable advice is always good. Anyway do buy insurance always when u are in thailand to boost their economy, it's relatively cheap also i think less than 300 baht to buy 1 month insurance coverage somemore got free decal to past on bike to show that you have been there done that or to keep as souveniors.

 

Anyway such comments also show how a THAIL police corrupt to get 1000 baht. Btw do they issue receipt???? If i were him i will go striaght to make a police report there. Just my two cents advice also next time he encounter such a situation.

Yeah bobtan is rite,many years back,rode my bike at 1 of Bkk highway,only cars no bike,the policeman asked me for bht1k i say no $$$,got only bht200,u want take it,dun want i follow u back to the station.He lan lan take the $$$ and even escort me out of the highway.Bht 1k is too much,cambodian police only take USD$2 from me at Sihanoukville,hehe.
