had been riding X8 for 2 years now, this bike has really serve me so well that I am going to keep this bike even after the COE is going to expire later at late 2015.

 

I had been riding with the tall windshield for at least 1.5yrs and it had not been giving any problem at all. Also I had changed the rear box rack to a GIVI aftermarket rack that allows me to open the rear "boot" without the need to tilt up the rear box, which is very convenient.

Need help from expert . Why my x8 get over heated easily? I travel at 80km/h. 22km from point A to point B. The needle will go up nearly to red zone n the fan start to on. Water top up full before move off.

Hi GTR, I have browse through the forums and most people recommend Wonderful motor@macpherson, FutureScoot, Taihin, and Sunrise for scooter's maintenance, I think you can bring your bike there to check too =)

Normally X8 will not wobble when travelling speed around 80-100 unless strong wind. You may wanna check out the Tyre pressure, engine mounting or steering cone. Wondering when was the last time you service your X8 front fork oil? it may affect too.

Hello Ive got an X8 coe expiring in next few days.

 

Condition is excellent but recently there seems to be some white smoke after prolonged riding.

 

What could be the problem?

 

Dont want to renew this expensive coe liao then have to spend alot on repairs for the bike

EO finding it's way into engine combustion area. Need a engine overhaul for bike at such a age. May not be expensive. I suggest go to Botak he'll advise.
