The holes there are orginally with rivets. No screws.

If you use rivet then it'll be hard to remove next time.

 

Steps to put in silencer

 

(1) You put in the buffler first, It will sit inside properly

(2) Notice that there will be a 2mm gap circle at the end of the inside tip

(3) Use a plier to close the "C" clip

(4) Hold the "C"clip in the close position and slot it in the 2mm gap inside the tip

(5) Let go the plier and the "C" clip will open up and sit inside the gap nicely.

(LOGIC: The "C" clip is there to block the buffle from flying out)

chris>> A couple of us got our bikes fixed with progressive springs. I find it the best value for money mod u could do to ur bike. The overall ride is firmer , stiffer and better. To further enhance the riding experience , u need to fix the rear susp as well. Then u can see a great difference.

 

If I am not wrong , springs are going at 180 onwards.

I'm always stunned by how much my vara front end dives during hard braking, so much so that it is affecting my confidence during braking. The brakes are good enough but the dive is unbearable. always gives the feeling that its going to git a hard stop. Will the progressive spring really helps?

Guys, my technoflex rear suspension is getting kind of soft already. How to harden it. Turn clockwise or anti-clockwise? :help:
