minor injury.....bike comestic damage. Front fender broke, windshied broke,crash bar dented, top box danmaged, hella light one damaged & some scratches. Went to TP, the IO tell me that they going to fine her $200 & 9 dermit points for inconsiderate driving... Just fine $200 , not enough to repair my bike. Bike at workshop & waiting to 3rd party claim. Thot of engaing a lawyer to sue her, anybody have experience on that, can claim more damage on her for such a reckless act.

As long as u dont hit her rear, u got a case. You must also answer in a politically right way when asked by the IO. But then if you hit her rear and she didnt make any claim against you, i personally think is good enough already.

bro, try calling ah sam 93886867/64812663 say donny 98516255 towing recommand cuz they really helped me settle my ducati bike accident & lawyer etc...w/o u worrying at all...no need to fork out a single cent frm my side..

Sorry to hear about your mishap, most important is that you are in good shape . Try seeking advice first from a lawyer before proceeding with any civil suit....it will save you time and money in the long run. well juz 2 warn u..TP samaning the driver..doesnt mean she's 100% wrong.

my frd beat red lite..car langar him..TP samanhim.he still manage claim abt 15k from driver's insurer..thru his lawyer..

 

I wonder how come TP can make up their results so fast..mayb got witness or driver confess..
