weather was still hot in the afternoon. Ian has mentioned to me that it had not been such a warm yet rainy Nov for the past 5 years but the mornings are very cool, esp at the mountain tops.

 

haha..our bikes (stroms and varas) are very fun to play in the corners. The more adventure bikes wouldnt have so many things on in the first place!

 

and sorry. my pics have to wait. My gf took thousands on the bike and I have abt 500.

Hi All Varaians, sorry for late reply due to work after a long break. Koh samui trip was good. Thanks for all the luck I had, weather was very good, only rain when going up at ipoh. No flood, only peddle of water along the way into chaweng beach from the main road. I still checking the net for the weather before leaving for samui the day before, and its says thunderstorms & wave 2m high above.

 

For info, Sadeo had a place call the WaterView, when u guys passby must visit, restaurant by the lake, very nice scenic and alot of fishes, u can even feed them.

 

Loy krathong was fun & we put blessing flowers with candles on the canals/river. Lots of ppl/local & performance/dance/stalls etc.

 

On the way back I saw a Blue Vara on the opposite way around ipoh, no idea who is it, we -Vara, AT and Tdm will heading to KL in the afternoon on 26/11/07.

Oh man I hope the bike able to get it back. which part were u travelling at 160? I find it hard to stop if a car or bike suddenly U turn so travelled between 130 to 140 most of the time. Hope the lady is fine too.

Al-Simmons>> oh my god... Hope everything fine for you. Seems like very serious damage for your bike. The thia small bike always very reckless rider, can out of sudden cut across or u-turn back. Almost hit it during my recent trip. Stick to 110-130 km/hr as wHat kenny said. If u any help, pls let me know. Take care.

Prices for sprockets and chains are ard the region that 323 mentioned. u can try stealth sprockets while the major chain brands will do. make sure it's a size 47!

chrislayer- u could try the MP meet the session. once i had 2 summonses for speeding- $300 fine and 6 demerit points for each offence. The MP letter managed to reduce the charge by half ie TP only summoned me $300 n 6 demerit points instead of $600 and 12 demerit points.

chrislayer>>have to go to the meet-the-MP session. Just shown him the letter from MP that u have appeal to the police. Just tell him u cannot lost the license due to your scope of work, hope the MP could write to TP regarding your problem since this is ur first offence. Gd luck bro..
