Hey dude, you could go to the same shop and ask them to make the patches from the design they oredi have. They will just do it pieces of hard backing. You could trim and then just paste them wherever.

The last t-shirt i order from my shop, they pass me the sample of our design embroidery before they go ahead for the mass (just to confirm the sample is ok 1st). In the end, i still have the raw sample of the embroidery. After some amends, this is what we get in our polo T. Maybe my suggest, if you want to do the embroidery, just ask them do it in round shape with border (like what u see some embroidery design). Easy for u to attach/sew it to ur clothing .

 

For your info, the shop that i went. They charged me $8 for the shirt , $3 for the embroidery & $2 for our nickname. Since we r doing the polo T, may i suggest we could do the T-shirt at the same time. (pls check with ian earlier posts, front wording with "Varadero" wordings. The T-shirt we have to pay at our own cost. If your shop cannot provide the service, we just go back to my previous shp, but they only have limited design of the T-shirt materials & size.

I actually hav several big player in T shirt printing and embroidery....like Saucony distributor,FBT Panyasingha PL and Castle Peak..whose great in printing and embroidery..If u wan good quality T's...Saucony got gd Dri-Fit material...If U wan ADIDAS also have..price can get some 30% discount...kind of thing..If maxima can sponsor that kind of $ then get back to me..Patched are better as we can make $ selling it in Varadero In'tl forum too...Printing too boring...Embroidery Swee,My suggestion is do it on all our logo design..cost more but It'll b definitely better and last longer..There's an embroidery factory at Toa Payoh for mass production...

On the Touratech stuff..update me on e full payment..Dun absorb e payment alone....but if u wan it's nice of U.. hahaha
