Ok guys....i have list out the food that to be prepare this coming BBQ.

Thks to the brudders that offer their help in the preparing for the food ....

 

Atwin

1. Beverages

2. Chicken wing

3. Chicken sauages

4. Beef stew

5. Prawn

6. Sotong

7. Otah

8. Topshell (prepare by mavis)

9. Clam

10. Flower crab

1. Mutton/Chicken Satay ( 50 mutton/ 150 chix) or less?? == pls advice

2. Slipper Lobster (about 100g each) 4kg enough??== pls advice

3. Sarawak Pineapple 3-4nos

The last time I check with regina was ard 700 plus.....plus.....maybe it going cheaper now.now.

Plenty of food is awaiting for you guys & Chef KC will prepare his signature dish - Black Pepper Crab for you.
