err KC dont understand how check is done. Singapore checkpoint or malaysia checkpoint? CNA not very clear how check is done. As stantheman say , news indicate per kiosk cannot pump more than 20 litres, if i hop to 3 stations at 10 litres each ? :)

Hi Guys,

 

According to M'sia chinese papers yesterday, it applies to ALL vehicles with the EXCEPTION of S'pore cars.

 

Guess M'sia are trying to stop their northern neighbour of smuggling fuel. They know S'pore cars enter M'sia with at least 3/4 tank. And therefore not logical for day trippers to use up the remaining fuel till 1/4 to exit M'sia.

There is no joy more worth mention when riding one,,,,,,,

Basically it's a Varadero....with AT fork,wheels,fairings,headlite,bashplate.

 

Initially wanted to project it like this when i bought the Carb version Vara...as i already got the lobang for AT shrouds,front fairing,sideboards,rear wheel,fork,caliper...

 

Just need to source for front wheel,bashplate,and few more items...

 

Bro u want to do it...i can borrow my bike to u for guinea pig.....:angel:

i can help you....just 2 things...

 

1. Add me sub rider

2.you pay for every single cost.

 

i can do for you a slight breakdown from the sources i've got.

 

1.left and right side and front fairings-$100(2ndhand and slight crack at the side)

2.AT fork and calipers-$450(2ndhand)

3.AT rear wheel complete with tyre-$120(no disc,I got spare sprocket)

4.AT brakehose-I have

 

Stuff that need to source.

 

1.windshield and headlite and headlite frame(need to source for 2ndhand)

2.front wheel with discrotor

 

 

anythg i miss?

ATwin...even after we gather all the stuffs above,still need to pay for labour cost for mech to fit them....you willing?

anyways....after the long wait of 2months....my windshield finally arrived.which during installation,i realised the stock screen is adjustable dah...if i noe,don't really need to buy aftermarket screen...

just pumped at GP. according to petronas attendant johor is not affected due to some big shot not allowing the rule to be effective. pump attendant claims its for north side over at thai border where its enforced.I pumped as usual 25 litres .
