Mr Phillip....

I would just say that installing the Trailtech Vapor is a much better choice as you can buy 2 of the vapor and still get $100 loose change comparing of buying a brand new digital meter.

The Vapor, have speed in digital, milege, total milege, rpm, temperature, and clock...and a beautiful bright white lighting...The stock digital meter only gives you clock and milege.

The only downside on the Vapor is that after you did your bikewash, the sensor have difficulties sensing your milege and speed...but not to worry, this is due to the sensor being wet...but after you reach destination, the thing will be back to normal once you start riding again.

4 simple wirings connector.

the vapor speedo sensor.

http://i154.photobucket.com/albums/s261/khamizAJ/misctoday743-1.jpg

The RPM sensor.

so...from this..

To this...Taaadaaa...

http://i154.photobucket.com/albums/s261/khamizAJ/misctoday749.jpg

while riding...using camera flash...so can't capture the backlight

Say hello to digital speedo on the AT instead of the analog speedo.

Video on the vapor.

Here's a brief installation procedure and steps...

My car needs fixing coz parts cannot find in singapore. but my bike is very hardy and easy to maintain. if the meter is time to go, it is time to go. i saving up for gps (zumo) lah.

thanks for advice on trailtech. will consider it as an option.

really thank you for advice. now, i don't feel that trailtech is lower spec than AT meter which i thought so initially.

it is quite tough to see traditional meter being replaced coz that is what makes AT That kind of look on the dashboard. the classic look.

yeah, you still laughing at the sparks, right??!!!! it can really light up a fire faster than the guys and me trying to start BBQ fire! haha
