Should i press charges?

Hi guys... want your opinion on this matter.

 

Long story cut short

 

1) My bike was hit and run in a mscp

 

2) MSCP had CCTVs

 

3) Police reported

 

4) Security reviewed the CCTV and caught the culprit

 

5) They gave me the license plate of that bike

 

6) Offered private settlement to that rider but he say claim insurance

 

5) Insurance claim now in progress

 

It is a very clear cut case with the help of that CCTV.

 

Question: Should i forward all these to the traffic police department and get them to saman that rider?

yup , u need to port police to clamp insurance, but traffic police will bochap ...as mscp not road prob

TP will chase you into MSCP, friend kena before for illegal pipe. Unless someone reports you for being a nuisance, unlikely TP comes by MSCPs

No. TP will still catch you. Because the keyword is 'YOU'. Not the Location.
