anyone has a chain breaker?

i nd borrow a chain breaker from someone who has it.. and willing to pay u some kopi money for using it too.. i nd to shorten my chain as im downsizing my sprocket.. wanted to do it at a bike shop (big name one) but refused, saying o-ring chain cannot be cut.. which from prior research, i know can be done.. i bet he was just unwilling to do so n rather wants me to buy a new chain from him..

 

so anyone has it? find it too ex to buy one for just 1 time usage.. thanks!
