Nt experience with FI system but there is alot of potential culprits for this issue. Cux usually FI can start very easily. I tink d easiest one is ur fuel possibly is dirty/got moisture. Try run some fuel system cleaner for a few tanks and then see how. If still persist can send shop check ur bike.

I usually start my bike once in 2 weeks, longest layoff was 7 weeks. Bike always starts fine.

Are you using below 95 octane? Previously on my X9, left bike with full tank of petrol untouched for 3 months, first attempts to start was futile. Starter was cranking well, but bike just could not maintain idle. Suspect fuel degeneration. Went petrol station bought the cheapest Octane booster, pour in quarter of a bottle and bike came alive.

i always pump esso 5000, which is the red gun...usually wont have problem..maybe i try pumping 8000 and try using the booster from the petrol kiosk...see if the problem is still there..hopefully not the fuel injector problem..

Stock it is in d lower height. U can raise it up abit. Remove d black plastic shield below the windscreen. 2 screws from underneath. Then slide it down. Then expose the windscreen mounting bolts (x6). Remove then relocate the windscreen higher by aligning to the new mounting holes then replace everyting back.

To me not alot of difference. Im 178 but i still expreience a lot of buffeting at d helmet and shoulders. Nt sure if the givi windscreen is here alr. Can check wif Mah?

Checked, and got a quote from them...waiting time is about 2 months. Im ordering one.

I went to the same place keyshop beside Regina to get my done. For sharing purposes, it's more expensive to buy from Mah which includes GST.

Best part the last i checked no ex-stock. Got to wait rough estimation 2 weeks.

Anyone bought bike cover to cover your maxsym?

Definitely must cover. Got mine before Maxsym arrive last october, till now still going strong. Some Jap brand, thick, hi temp resistant inner layer with 'spandex' at the bottom. No need to use bungee to tie down.

Price at about $40 at Regina, I got it way cheaper as I also bought my Carberg, from the plump salesguy.

I just went to buy a $20 cover from LAB. Was thinking of buying the oxford 1 from motorworld but my friend said better don't buy too good 1 incase stolen by lowlife muthafarkers won't heart pain..

Also went to the key shop to have my key duplicated for $20. It's a 2 piece key. Quite chui..lol..but serves its purpose as a spare key la..definitely not for everyday use..

Where to get exhaust clamp? Rust free type.

Try get urs powdercoated? Will be more lasting than normal paint.

Ugly right the key? But like i said its for emergency purposes only. Maybe use 1 or 2 times in the bike's lifetime

ya..haha..the key itself is normal, the unlocking device is the "head" cut off from another spare key, worst still the magnet on the unlocking device looks like its gonna detach..i pasted scotch tape over incase accidentally lose the magnet.

but ya, im alright with this cause its a spare key just in case  might not even get to use it

Don't think I will, rust had pimpled the surface, so must sand it down big time again. Anyway, saw from online store there are universal stainless steel type, just find the right diameter. Add a little bling at the same time.

I had your thinking before previously, but different situations. I bought a cheaper one, because i was in a rush and hurry.

In the end i regretted, because water still seep in through the cover.

It's my second Oxford cover. The first one was due to poor handling and usage.

The other thick cover from gpr, couldnt find it anymore. That shop only sell the lousier quality cover, same from gpr.
