Thursday 9pm is good for me also.

I did not notice the brand bro. It was $55 including installation. He said it was some US brand. I think buy horn outside shld be cheaper. Installation alone not sure how much. Since I already there I just got it done.

Does the engine oil drain plug have a spring when u remove it? I don't think I saw any when the mechanic screw out the drain plug. There was a washer though.

If you're riding a bike but not calculating the 50 possibilities in the 50 meters of road ahead of you, then you're dangerous and shouldnt be on one.

Yah DIY much cheaper. I got my stebel hf80 horn from mustafa i tink $18. Cant rmb. But u nd d equipment la, like crimp terminals and wires.

For d oil drain plug, it depends on which one d mechanic open. The actual drain plug (from left side one) no spring. The oil strainer plug (underneath) have spring & a mesh strainer. This one can remove and then clean off. Mine i took off after 5k got some tiny metal shavings. Nxt tym u svc make sure u ask d mech to do so. :)

Ok. The mech took off the drain plug from the left. That explains than. I'll get them to remove the bottom plug the next service. Thanks bro.

Experienced a demoralizing situation this morning. Went to Mah to highlight the seat issue. Met another maxsym rider there. Those pinkish color. FBF plater. Not sure if he is in the forum. He said he is trading in his bike. Only 11 month old. Reason being the engine very noisy. He said already overhaul once. But still problem persits. Could not ask much as he had to go... He started the engine n fair enough the engine was noisy with a lot of knocking sound... Damn.. Anyone any issue.. Or is it a lemon he got?

Just getting my seat done at auntie shop. Removing the backrest as well changing the whole seat cover with proper water proofing. Realize the stock seat cover is crap. Water is seeping in. Removed the cover n saw that the entire internal seat is wet. All costing $100. Hope it turns out good.. Will post pics when it's done.

Here the seats... So much better with regards to leg room for me. I'm 1.83. So this set up is awesome.

However after the seat mod, realize the boot open sensor on the dashboard is staying on. Pasted a rubber mount on the sensor below the seat as a temporary measure. Have to think of something permanent. Anyone any solution?

i retracted the idea of removing the backrest after testing with both setups for long periods. though the extra legroom is comfy, after long rides (more than 1 hour), my back aches quite alot wen w/o backrest. i tink becux wen its slightly squeezy, i actually exert force towards the backrest, thus giving it some support. btw im 1.8m.

as suggested by bro @etkach3, u can just paste a washer to the bottom of the mount that touches the sensor.

The back rest does not offer me any support at all. In fact it causes it causes me to slouch even more.
