Installed this morning.

At idling, the most noticeable improvement is the mirror shake and handlebar vibration, greatly reduced. The stock mirrors have much longer arms that amplifies the vibrations which in turn affects the rest of the handlebar components. This one is shorter and way way lighter thus the effect is less.

Field of view and viewing perspective gotta take some adjustment and getting use to. I needed a few minutes on the road with a spanner in my pocket to get my angles right. Our stock mirrors sits higher, wider apart and further infront so it's easy to get the mirror to cover some of the rear bike as well as the rear sides. I had problems with the new ones initially, either I see all of myself or all of the side, which I do not like. I like to be able to see side as well as rear of my bike (so I know if cars coming up my ass or tail gating me), after many readjustments I could achieve that.

Overall happy with this product. Well built and well priced.

I asked grivas plexistyle (the greek windshield maker) about making a pair of headlight protector. He'll come out with a prototype soon. Hopefully not too expensive.

An essential product for tourers.

Cup holder from Daiso, be careful with the fins as they are fragile.:sian:

It will slightly obstruct and hinder you when you need to pump petrol.

But the cup can be lifted up.

Yet to test it out.:)

Recently felt that the "rumbling" feeling when whacking the throttle at 20-30km got rougher..what could be the problem? Rollers? Clutch? I'm at 22000 mileage and just did servicing and clean transmission at 20000 mileage..

Anyway I saw a grey maxsym at ssdc just now. Nice box

When you cross to the side through that area, be extra careful cause i accidentally break the black cover lol.

using super glue later to try and salvage it.

10mm. I no longer using. At idling, the vibration damn bad wif stock mirrors. But maybe wif ur mickey mouse mirrors, wont be so bad. U want mine?

Glad you liked it!

You see less, but enough. I only can't see directly behind. But that's not a major problem :)

Got bike must ride!

I saw on the Taiwan maxsym page before, someone mounted on the fuel area cover. I think that's an idea, should be more stable and able to take heavier load as well?
