yeah just let it warm up for a few mins while u slowly wear ur gear or smoke (also should be practiced after run-in), then accelerate gently until up to running temperature (1 bar below halfway). after that can ride as per normal. no nd to gentle, but at the same time dont full throttle too much. try to vary ur speeds and throttle. means if can, avoid highways (prolonged maintaining same speed). dont always ride at clutch biting point (ard 3-3.5k RPM).

I have a brand new MPF windscreen, 50% smoked and its 74cm in height.

 

This is 10cm higher then the normal windscreen.

 

Windscreen is still in packaging. Nvr open at all.

 

Selling it at the same price I bought, €90 which base on current exchange rate is 147.95

 

Will sell it off at $145.

 

I also have a pair of handguards, brandnew, still in the box. This handguards comes with led lights.

 

Selling at $50

 

All items will be cash and carried.

 

Both items are for sym 400i.

 

Buy both for $180

 

Pls take note, the windscreen is quite big, u would need a big backpack to fit it in.

 

I will post some photos up tonight.

one SW can buy you close to one and a half maxsym?

 

wat SW can do maxsym can do

not as bad for the price u pay

Next Sunday I’m doing a Genting speed run. Singapore – Second Link – Genting – Bukit Tinggi – Nusa Bestari – First Link – Singapore. Will cover almost 1,000km. Start early morning, around 12++ hours of solid riding. Ascend Genting, then down, then ascend Bukit Tinggi. Rest and meal at Colmar Tropicale. On return trip will have massage and meal at Nusa Bestari.

I have blisters on my hands even though I wore gloves, my butt went numb, my windshield and top of helmet are covered with a million dead insects, and I think my brake pads are worn out from the twin mountain downhills... But it was a good ride!

Headlight using H1?

Prefer stock headlights. What's H1..High Intensity? Any approve model?

H1 is the size of the bulb. Maxsym uses h1. Quote this when you go lab to buy. Buy the normal yellow halogen type can liao. Last time I bought is $6 each. Do not get the white ones. They're rubbish.

Find yourself 3 hours. One hour watch YouTube on DIY (there's a Thai maxsym clip or bro Sonic did a step by step with pics) two hours to dismantle fix bulb and reassemble. After the first try you probably need less than an hour next time ( touchwood)

 

Trust me, diy ING is highly addictive.
