Hi Bro,Thank you for ur reply... I odered my ride from AS Poon. I ordered a Black unit. Tomorrow (11th Wed) will go down and pay my deposit , and chew says i can collect my ride next week...Coz he says his boss not in town ??? I dont get it ??? Anyway its next week collect .......

Hi guys, my maxysm right suspension seems to be rubbing against the inner black 'tube'. My bike shop told me its normal in Sym and SW. The only solution is to change to Italian suspension which cost 1.5K! Is this true? Any fellow maxsymians having the same problem?

Welcome to the club bro, I also bought my maxsym from AS Phoon @ $12500 last Dec, need to wait abt 2 weeks for the bike. His reason is need to bid for COE. How much you paid for the bike and what free gifts he offered you? I got IU unit, 2 helmets, 2 raincoats, 46 litre kappa box and bike cover.

Mine I paid 13000 on the road,including insurance rd tax. But Chew did not mentioned anything about helmets and raincoats. he only gave me a 46 Box. As i decided not to install the box...so i took it home yesterday..coz I drove there to do my paper work and downpayment.

Its normal? Siow ar? Maybe manufacture default.. Did u adjust the hardness correctly? Coz when u adjust the hardness it have a feeling like a locking feel which must sit properly... Try chl again bro...

 

If its normal for sym.. Then all of us shld have the same prob i guess.. Maybe ur shop wanna clear shocks they have instore..!! Walauwehh 1.5k... Ohlins price for super4...

best u check with mah first before jumping into conclusions of buyinh italian suspension

i think is not made for Maxsym but can use and also adjust from Soft until strong. If Bitubo make some i think is more expensive.

Your most welcome bro, anyway helmets and raincoats are the cheap ones with the logo ASPhoon printed on it. Till now I have not used it. The box and IU unit is the most important bro. Since you already got the box (does it comes with the bracket?) ask them abt the IU bro, cost to fix it think will cost you $160.

Hardness adjusted correctly, I also think shop wants to chop me lah but at that price its no way Im getting it. Juz want to knw if other maxy riders also experienced the same issue here.
