Alamak see,you scared him off:P.I checked with the boss of Taihin, they wont be bringing in the aftermarket exhausts for Maxsym as of now.

They sure have lots of aftermarket parts displayed outside their shop.Bad for eyesight lol.

Michelin city grip recommended for grip, pirelli diablo scoot for best mileage.Anyone can feel free to chip in.

Metzeler FeelFree.

Hi bro,

iam using dr pulley hit clutch...so far it does not require any maintenance la bro :)

But wen u buy the hit clutch, make sure u ask taihin to change the clutch spring and pillow spring to 20kg & 14kg (as recommended by BurgmanUSA forum :D

Coz the stock Dr pulley setup has no kick....wen u change to 20kg & 14kg den u feel the kick aka jump during moving off and overtaking :thumb:

Trust me wen you chage to this setting, youll never think about yr stock clutch anymore..heheehheehe

So far Michelin city grip is the best for both dry and wet but its not avail for our scoot :(

My best Recommendation will be Diablo Scoot by Pirelli (I am using now) good during wet and dry weathr

Metzeler i used before for my previous scoot, its damn good at rainy wet weather but its $$$$$$ and botak very fast :(

Dont ever, yes! i said it, dont ever use bridgestone Hoop (one of the lousy tyres i have used so far, even shinko is better)

Why? coz i use bridgestone hoop, every time wen its wet road, youll sure will feel the fishtalling and worst i fell a few time with it (on my previous scoot)

I am using the same tyre for my beast, still running in.But i can already fee that it's nimbler and suggested by Michelin website.

Will most likely be using that tyre when my current tyres need to be replaced.

Michelin city grip wears off faster than Pirelli diablo scoot.

I will be aiming for Pirelli diablo scoot for now.As our bike is damn heavy and it's mainly for transportation purposes only.

Not surprising as Metzler is second leading in term of price tags for tyres.

Branded made in Germany leh.Dont play play hor.

Thanks for sharing regarding bridgestone,i had received feedback from one of my riding kakis too regarding bridegestone tyres but on a sport bike.

I had never used bridgestone tyres on my beast before. It's either pirelli, dunlop or michelin for my personal preference.

I will upload some stuffs that i have done on my bike soon :D

Coz i have ordered a small mini tiny winnie 40w spotlight that ill mount on my fork, currently i have 30w drl on my bike fork but i found it too big and ugly for the bike..hehehe

its only @ 7cm diameter and 5cm thk..with a power of HID

See my signature below: the power of 30w DRL..imagine 40w its going to be sick!

hahaa..consider our maxsym @ 210kg is not as heavy as silverwing (my Ex) @ 250kg...i have really a hard time to balance the scoot coz its so long..

let me giv u the price list for diablo scoot for Maxsym (so u know the price den bike shop wont chop u) :thumb::thumb:

Front - $170

Rear - $190

This is by far the cheapest (Taihin), got a bike shop in Tampines quote me $250 for rear :(
