Hi guys. Do you guys know any shop that do exhaust pipe wrap like the picture shown. Been finding and can't find any. Thanks!

You can buy the wrap online (Approx US$23 for 50 feet + shipping US$15). Just google instructions on how to wrap and you can get lots of info. PM me if you want to buy, cos I intend to get some soon. We can share the shipping if you want. Some people say that the wraps are not so good for the exhaust.

Hi bro, Its alright. i found it in singapore! Autobac has them! Go check them out! They have the wrap and the HT silicone coating. Brand DEI

the wrap cost about $24 dollars. Plus the steel lock it's $17. The spray was about $10.

 

So average is about around $50.

 

The wrap has tanned and black. And the length plays a part too in pricing.

 

The HT silicone coating spray currently in stock they only have aluminium cover. They say black are in a process of ordering.

what does this wrap do???

the wrap cover the part where the exhast head come out from the engine and contain the head in it. so it basically boost "a little" horse power etc. ya. i wrapped my kr alr, improved too, the sound also. so whether to put or not, you decide. i give 7/10 cause put also no harm. that's what i feel.

I have mine on the pipes.

DFI is a good brand.

Depends on the length of your pipe, you can even get the smaller roll.

A cheaper alternative for the securing is to use a hose clam sold at homely

Autobacs may not have stock from time to time. You may try this place. they have it the last i checked in a big roll and tan colour.

Just fyi, mine is tan in colour and i sprayed it using normal black spray paint.

 

Yes, it may cause internal rust and discolour your pipe.

 

Supposedly, makes your exhaust hotter so that it escapes faster.
